Our Live Arrival Guarantee

Animal Attraction (iReef2) guarantees that our marine livestock will arrive to our customers alive and healthy. We also guarantee that you will receive the animal that you viewed on our website. {WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET!} We will not substitute on any order, unless you the customer has made that request.

Animal Attraction points out that our corals are kept under a varying array of different lighting systems. Most of our corals are kept in systems that currently use EcoTech RADION LEDs and or Aqua Illuminations LEDs. We ask our customers to keep in mind that corals may have different color spectrums under different types of lighting systems.

As you know, overnight shipping can have its problems. There can be problems with airplanes, weather delays, and even human errors. To try and curb the shipping problems, Animal Attraction will take great care on our end with regard to picking healthy specimens, their proper packaging, and prompt shipping. We will also make efforts to check weather patterns in the shipping areas. However, even after all of the proper steps have been taken to insure a successful shipment, there may be some specimens that arrive damaged on arrival or even dead on arrival. *ACCLIMATIZING YOUR NEW CORAL

-When your specimen arrives, remove the outer bags 1st. . But do not open the inner most bag.

-Float the unopened internal bag in your tank water for 15-20 minutes. This will slowly adjust the temperature of our water to yours.

-After floating the unopened internal bag for 15-20 minutes, then open the internal bag and begin slowly adding your water to the bag containing our water. Add an ounce or so every minute for about 30 minutes.

-Carefully remove the specimen from the bag and place it mid level or low in your aquarium. For the first 3-4 days the light intensity should be low, and the water flow should be low also.

-Research your specimen carefully before you receive it and find a proper final destination for it in your aquarium. Have this location ready for the specimen before you receive the marine animal. It is usually safe to take at least 4 days for the specimen to acclimatize to the aquarium before placing it in stronger light or water flow. However, some corals may prefer to remain in lower flow or light intensity. Again, research each specimen.
